Record has been broken. Fair enough, with 1500 to the local academy and other deals, but as a marketing exercise and making it a special event that's a win for the club, IMO.
Hopefully the team can get one to go beside it.

Excellent news however some try to spin it. I applaud the club for using it's initiative to market this game as an occasion.

Perhaps Thurston bought their tickets and Sentamu got theirs for free and you were right all along.

When you take your lad to watch Hull FC he doesn't actually buy the ticket himself you do, That doesn't make the ticket free. Same situation when Sentamu academy buy the tickets and then give them away. Someone has had to buy it therefore it's not free is it.

The tickets initially given away to charities where given to the club by fans and the club kindly offered to match the gesture. Can't believe your trying to ram this point home when it involves charities. Laughing like mad at how you Hull fans are clambering over the fact that Rovers are actually promoting a game and on the up.

I'd give free tickets away every week for the south stand it's not really needed for away fans now better to have people in there than have it empty
