It's a long story, but if you are interested: I originated in Wharfedale, spent my formative years there, lived on a farm with Wharfedale in it's name.
Also the other name I considered 'Ben Rhydding' would have caused too many wrong assumptions of my gender! I have lived in many other places in the UK, the best have been in the West Riding. Kent isn't too bad, but not 'home'.
Unfortunately circumstances dictate that for the time being I live in Hull, so whilst I'm here I support HKR, the team I saw in my first ever rugby game. |

excellent i was a bit worried because ice arena hasnt got the best sound but my mate saw them at brid spa last year and he said the hull gig was better one thing though went in whittington and cat before hand and got ripped off they were charging £4 a pint |

We're going to Manchester this weekend to stay with friends. They are getting married next Sept & have asked Mr Baldhead to be bestman & myself to be a bridesmaid, (although I will be 34 by then & far too old to be a bridesmaid). I've never been one before, I wasn't the cutest of kids with my pink framed NHS glasses & my cropped ginger hair. Lets face it who wants a ginger bridesmaid? It doesn't help that the 3 other bridesmaids are all gorgeously dark skinned, and the bride is of Asian descent. I'll just have to stand at the back, it will be like the school nativity all over again.
