Think Cox has had a great couple of games aswell and Horne had a good game at the right second row so could be hard for Paterson to even get in their! Although I think Horne picked up a knock to his knee\thigh so maybe out injured! Very tough game next up with Catalans and saints away from home! Saints will want to do a job on us aswell as they're near us in the league and have been easily beaten in both occasions this year!

Shout out for Con Mika as well. He's copped plenty on here but I think he's cut out the errors & upped his game recently.

I think that's come with managing him better on the pitch.

Did anyone else think Hall had a bit of a mare in defense? I thought that Taai ran through him at times as if he wasn't there.

I think that was more to do with Taai than any of our players.

On current form Ukuma Taai must be the best back-rower in the comp at the minute, I was pretty shocked by his speed straight after the collision because normally those types of players are brought down a lot sooner.

The guy is an utterly devastating runner.

those 3 tries in 6 mins killed us..was game over then. we should of had it wrapped up at 22-10 but taai went off and we made silly mistakes and the start of the 2nd half cox and burns played well for you

Not sure I agree with that, Brearley, if memory serves me right, 2 of your tries to make it 22-10 were from your own 10 when we were attacking, I was at the other end so didnt see how they transpired but surely your lead came on the back of sloppy Rovers play? I thought Rovers looked fired up for it from the off.

I really nice sporting moment that I noticed last night was when McGiivary took on Brown and Brown tackled him into touch.

McGillvary got up, smiled, patted Brown on the back and got on with the game.
