I just pull them out, but you have to have finger nails and you have to do it right. If you break off the head and leave it in you have to dig it out, which gets very messy.
You also have to make sure you don't squeeze the body because you get 10 times the poison if you do.

I think I might need to go blonde over the next few years. Dark hair, 9 weeks since I had my roots done and unacceptable sprinklng of grey. Getting sorted tomorrow, but thinking if I go lighter so the pale roots are less noticeable. I go to a brilliant hairdressers. Get my nails done while the colour's taking and while they're rinsing it off, the chair thing reclines with a back massager. Such a treat. I'm not high maintenance though.

On Grand Designs, or any of those poncy house programmes, why are all the people freelance sculptors with £800k to spend and requiring space for a studio. How do these people accumulate such wealth? Baffling. There were a couple on last week who spent £800k on developing a barn the same size as 7 3 bedroom homes so they could "display" all their rather unimpressive items, which frankly I'd have put in the landfill years ago. They did have 2 silos though.

Seen the moon tonight? The big bright 'star' to the right of it is actually the Big Gas Giant, Jupiter. I've just been having a peek at it and can make out it's 4 moons and cloud belt, how cool is that?

Really are u into stuff like that I love things to do with the moon and the stars and angels spec angels
