Great! Every time a club puts on free buses it means loads of pi$$ed up nobheads coming for a day on the lash causing bother, can't wait.

You won't have to worry mutch longer as not many Championship Clubs lay free buses on for their fans.

Don't make me laugh. Koukash in the past has spent millions on star signings to bring the crowds in, broke the salary cap to have these star names, rebranded the club back to it's original name, spent a fortune bringing Sheens over, tried reducing ticket prices. Have any of these brought any of the 200 odd thousand people in Salford District alone, never mind surrounding areas, to the AJ Bell? No. With the exception of Leeds, you have the biggest potential catchment for fans in the whole of Super League, yet the worst crowds. Make all of the excuses you like about stadium location etc.., but the glaringly obvious thing to fans of all other clubs is that the people of Salford/Manchester don't care much for Rugby League. It's sad to say, I'd like to see every city in the country be able to fill a stadium every week with Rugby League supporters, it would be fantastic for the sport, but it isn't going to happen any time soon unfortunately. This isn't anything to do with a like or dislike of any particular club, its an observation of something that's staring us all in the face. Salford/City of Manchester is predominantly football, Leigh is a Rugby League town.

And they'd still lose, again.

Can't see anything other than a Salford win and relegation Saturday.

My favourite was in a play off match in around 2004 when we were getting humped and so tried to get the match abandoned by keeping all the balls following each conversion.

Didn't we get a club fine from that game because of that, and the fact someone pinched the photocopied price signs from the turnstiles where the cheeky feckers had upped the price for us going?

This time tomorrow at least it'll all be over one way ir another. I wouldn't relish relegation but surely anything is better than this season.

What worries me , is whoever goes down HKR or Salford will find it extremely hard to get back, reason being Finance,will HKR find a backer with the passion and drive of Derek B at Leigh, or will Marwan Koukash stay and put his millions into a declining Salford,if NO to both questions then I fear both teams could go into free fall next season.

Nobody likes to see a RL Club struggling but it's a fact of life in the Championship, poor crowds , not much RL funding, no cash from TV,a bleak outlook,which will be difficult to recover from.

We'd all want that. But as I've been posting all week, this is the moment us fans have to do our part. Just like all season we've veen turning up to cheer them in, this week is when it REALLY counts. There's little we can do in reality to change the game other than to scream our suppirt for the lads and hope it's enough to give them that little bit extra motivation to see them home.
