Thought a few times we were a pass or half yard away from a score and on another day the game could've ended different. I guess we used up the good fortune in the reverse fixture @ home.
Not a lot seemed to go our way at times, and even when the on field ref gave us a reprieve sometimes, the video refs took it away. Not pointing towards the ref card, just frustrating.

Looked a bit like Catalans targeted Tilse and he was on the end of some intense early hits. Welcome to super league.
Catalans may be one of the bigger/tougher sides in the comp, but we literally seemed to lose the contact/control/wrestle about 3 times a set. No surprise that we conceded penalties on the back of this.
Another commendable effort overall, but I think we needed to have a bit more firepower from the bench to see us past them.

Wondering how many of our players will be cited tonight? I remember seeing one suspect crusher tackle which wasn't one of them shown again on replay ...

None. Just checked the RFL website. Kevin Larroyer cited twice and Adam Walker once. No charge on any.
