If offered a better deal, anybody is going to look at moving. However, your characterization of Rovers as on the verge of stagnation at best or implosion at worst is, ahem, speculative. Hull fans seek to give every emphasis to anything resembling bad news coming out of CP, Rovers' fans look to down play it. The truth is likely somewhere in between and few, if any on here know it.
At Rovers Morgan has:
1. A lot of credit with the fans that he'll have to build up from scratch if and when he moves.
2. Continuity and the chance to build on his own foundations - not many coaches get to hang around that long.
3. A new contract and an apparently good relationship with his chairman.

Morgan can only do so much with the resources he has and until you replace at least two missing props u will struggle to do better...

I think Morgans wise enough to know exactly whats going on at rovers (if anything) with the finances. If it's looking grim and he knows he's going to have to operate for a few years with a weak squad now would be an ideal chance to jump with his reputation at it's peak. It's all well and good getting up there but you've got to know when to step off. If he gets it right he'll secure work for himself for years to come off the back of what he's achieved at craven park. Even if he cocks up a few jobs in the meantime this bit of success will also ensure people will take a chance on him.

your not wrong there regards agar, but on a seriuos note, morgan must be coining it in at kr...lets be honest, as far as coaches go, he's the one everyone would be looking at prizing away from kr if they had the chance....and he signed a new and improved deal last year did he not?? im sure his contract will be incentive based aswell, so if kr's team doesnt meet the criteria in his contract he may well go...to the highest bidder
