Our defensive structures are awful.
They were awful last year as well.

I made a point to my wife after fulltime.
Put FC's defensive structures with KR's offensive structures and you have one hell of a team. (Yes I know that is would involve 26 players a game but still there is a point there).

Ultimately the coach has to take the blame. If it was one or two players not pulling their weight then fine, that isn't the coaches fault, but if you have a whole team who simply can't defend, you got to blame the coach.

If we do sack him we should politely request that he leaves the next guy his notes on our attacking structure.

You play a tight well drilled tight game plan we play with a Kevin Keegan at Newcastle 'You score 3 we will score 4' mentality.
If we had your defensive structures and actually though 'You score 1 and we will score 4' then it would be a different situation.

If you bring someone in alongside sandercock you undermine him totally. If the devision is that he's not good enough then he goes all together.
