I like Netherton a lot. He represents to me much of what is best about the character of rugby league. 2011 Engage Super League Community Champion of the Year Award and all that. Plus he was there for all the big landmark moments of recent years. He's not the greatest player, I'm sure even he'd acknowledge, so he's not in my team - but to the extent that I take pride in following RL and Rovers (from afar), it is because of players and people like him.

After that fulsome praise, watch him turn up in the HDM having done something terrible next week!

On the Eve of the derby, it was quite strange seeing an Hull fan appear to be defending our Hitler-mod by having a pop at the frepwit.

I find your attitude a little odd, if I'm honest. I've had a couple of discussions with you on the Hull board and I don't recall them being anything other than cordial, with a hint of unmalicious =#FF0000Edit-AStaking. Perhaps I missed something.
