It works for me. People seem to think he has enough to do already organising things, but doesn't that kind of fit into the captains role anyway? He's on for 80 mins, he's involved in most of the play, he doesn't mind talking to the ref & I assume has the respect of the rest of the players. Seems like a logical choice to me. |
