Just looked on the official SL website at the preview (or lack there of), stats are interesting. Of the last 5 derbies, Rovers have won 3, FC 2. But FC dominate in all the stats listed.

HKR have scored 5 less tries against FC but on a game more. FC have made nearly 1000 more metres in that time, nearly 100 more carries, even made more tackles. Double the amount of offloads and almost the double the amount of breaks. The only question mark is Penalties, is that given away or received penalties? Likely to be given, given that its almost 10 per game to FC and thats about Rovers average.

Seems HKR someone manage to get a result, but dont seem to be the dominant side.

Still 4 big losses for hull I would say that you have 3 big losses in paea, Paterson and welham.

Looking at the squads and circumstances for this game I still think it could go either way.

What about O'Hara. Hasn't played all year but once upon a time was deemed good enough to play State of Origin.

Galea once won the NRL GF, but dont see him as a big loss as like o hará is injury prone and past his best.

O'Hara has been absolutely , and that's being complementary.

Think he's a bit of a , O'Hara. Makes nothing but jokes about getting a tan on't bench whilst on pay. It'd be great if he actually made the bench, useless waste of space.

That would seem unfair given that Hull's Wembley appearance has relevance to the derby in that the squad are playing for places (or alternatively their minds might be on the final rather than the derby). Not to mention the fact that most of the songs sung tomorrow by the two sets of fans will be Wembley related.

On the other hand it is 2 weeks away and not, unfortunately, of any direct concern to us. There is some relevance - an eagerness to avoid injuries or cement spots etc. Peter Gentle's suit and other shoehorned, 'any excuses' type stuff can wait.
