Not really. He has no visible means of income - no companies, directorships, or inheritance - so all they can do is ask him for evidence. If he comes up with plausible reasons for why that evidence can't be provided immediately then all they can do is wait.

Your directors have played this skilfully throughout IMO. They've provided Larvin with every opportunity to come good while remaining professional at all times. The ball is very firmly in his court.
