We haven't played at all well since the semi final so this is a chance for the team live on sky to show we ain't a 50-0 drubbing side like our last tv performance that's what I am hoping we do anyway but the head tells me we will just play in patches and scrape another win

We've not put a big score on anyone in the middle 8's and I dont expect us to start now, especially given the players who won't be playing today. We should win this game but going off the other results we've had so far, I'm going to say HKR by 12

This is awful !

Very mediocre so far (yet again). Haven't seen rovers play well since the semi of the CC. We've won every game playing very poorly for the best part of games, what does that say about the quality of these middle 8s. Can't wait to see Kelly & Campo back playing together next season.

Really, really pleased for Keiron Dixon. Congratulations to Kris Welham too. Mantellato's kicking has slipped as season has gone on...needs to fix that.

Another unimpressive Middle 8s match but I'd happily have taken safety with 2 games to go.

I'm sure Omari Caro jumped for one of the bombs with his eyes closed...he dropped it



Bulls were awful...& Lauaki's a disgrace

I liked omari caro and thought we maybe should have given him another year but after today glad we didn't also I think dixons tackling has come on a lot

OK game. Should have put more pressure on a very poor Bradford side and got more points than we did. Mantellato looks like he's trying to curl the ball into the top corner of a football net. In that wind today, he should have just leathered it, the daft sod. Also why does he place the kicking tee 5 metres nearer to the touchline than he needs to, as was the case with Welham's and Sio's tries?

Congratulations to the bench again. Made a difference, especially Burke and Little John. Props were good today, Chisholm had his best game for us, but Matty Marsh was slightly underwhelming yet again. I like Sio at fullback and Dixon on the wing. Did Lunt play today? Anonymous or what.

Think we'll go 7 from 7 and I hope we put a big number on Salford in a fortnight.

Pickering Red ..... re Lunty, it's funny what different people see. Today although he didn't appear to catch the eye by making breaks or great tackles, he appeared to be running the show whilst he was on the field, telling players what to do and doing the praising/ arm around the shoulder stuff that some players need, when it was needed.
I do however agree that Manto seemed to be trying too hard to judge the wind, as seen with the last conversion from the touch line that Dixon booted straight through the middle.

I thought mcarthy was very good today and for me is going to be very difficult to replace,tilse imo is a waste of a quota place.

Got to agree with you Des. Tilse to me is just a waste of a shirt. Agree with other posters that swapping Sio and Dixon over has been a good move. Nicely back into Superleague next season.

I really don't see what McCarthy brings apart from been a grafter he's average and can't see what he's going to bring to an NRL team as he doesn't stand out in our average side

Thought Bradford played pretty well first half, though obviously Lauaki should have seen red.

Attendance was about 6.5k I think

He grafts hard as you say and offers a fair bit going forward,backed up chisholms break in the vital win against wakey and then took the tackle and sent dixon away to score.I dont see many non quota players offering as much as he does.Do you have anybody in mind who fits the bill,cant think off anybody in particular if they were available.We have signed clarkson on a 3 year deal but for me hes on a par with mcarthy at best.
