Jed and his mates demolished 2 boxes last night, I have a stinking head cold so a bottle of wine and a box tonight will do...Told hubby to hide the Marks & Spencers Belgium choc ones as they keep shouting my name and they need to be devoured in style.
On weight I think age is a big factor and it is harder to lose the pounds, personally for me I have to really up the exercise and be very strict with my diet, I need to lose just over a stone. I start off fine then cave in so I think the weekly weigh in is the motivation I need. parking is horrendous at Uni so I have invested in a good bike it is about 3 miles from where I live so hopefully coupled with walking the dogs and a zumba class once a week I will start to lose.
Decided to use this thread and post my weight loss every Monday night after my weight in as I am sure my forum friends on here can help me along
....any one can join in my goal is to shift at least a stone by xmas as it is my 25th wedding anniversary in Dec and we are going away.'"
ive just lost 2 stone in 4 months,as all i did was cut out crisps..there my biggest downfall.also ate healthier smaller meals and instead of eating a bag of crisps i replaced it with fruit, did some sit ups every night.if your going to zumba class thats great exercise so just cut out pastry, crisps etc and replace it with fruit.it does work because ive lost 2 stone now

Haha, Great for iPhone users, this. Can maximize the screen to the width of the text boxes and know who's saying what without having to have the name part in view.
