What does everyone think of the game?

I am a big fan. I like the new defending because it makes it much more of a challange.

One thing that does annoy me is that if you have the difficulty set on World Class then the opponents don't ever miss.

I quite like it too and enjoy the new defending.

Bugs me when people winge about the defending after playing for about five minutes

I agree with that, had some games on world class and it is hard to get the ball back and keep it when you have it. I do think that the game is an improvement though, you have to take your chances in the game to win and it's a real challenge. The only other thing on the World Class difficulty is that the opposition goalkeeper is ridiculously good. I had a game before, I was Liverpool against Sunderland and I had 12 shots (9 on target) to Sunderland's 3 (2 on target), and I ended up losing 2-1...

Can be fun but is also really infuriating at times. Scoring is a lot harder and I'll be honest, The new defending is just no fun at all against the cpu as they are always one step ahead in pro difficulty and just know what you are doing so teams like swansea have teams full of ronaldo's all of a sudden dancing around defenders, so I play with the old style defending which works a lot better for me in career mode. Only played a few times online against a few friends but the new style defending works a lot better against an actual person because they don't know what you are pressing like the cpu does....

Currently top of the league unbeaten and won the league cup and in the semi's of the fa cup with wigan athletic. And i am enjoying it. Just the odd game where you dominate so so much and it seemingly screws you over by conceding silly goals against the run of play. Many people always argue that there is no rubberbanding/scripting at all in the game but I can't help but think it does happen. Like i say though, my experience is all from offline play.

Its harder to score and harder to defend which is great imo. The past games have been way to easy. Theres a lot more skill to this one especially defending.

Think I'll drop down a difficulty for a while

Was playing against Man city last night im sure they bought the refs off

There were two clear offside goals and they took one of my guys out when clean through on goal and ref didnt even give a free kick



Aguero is stupidly good too! He just spins past everytime you go near him.

Managed to scrape a 3-3 draw though



Really enjoying the game though, its the most realistic for gameplay yet imo.

How annoying is it when all your players get knocked over?

I had an incident where about 5 players were stumbling in the middle of the pitch and knocking others over because of it

The game is odd at times though, on my season I play on professional difficulty, and played Everton at home. I managed to beat them 10-3, but then in the next game against Sunderland, I scraped a 1-1 draw. Maybe it's just me though...
