As a Winger, reason behind this is that its mostly likely to be where he plays, 1. Webb 3. Delaney 4. Senior 5. Hall, the presumption is he'll cover 2. for the injured Donald.

His prefered position is FB and he hasnt been bought as cover for Donald hes been bought as a squad player on a 4 yr deal not as temporary cover and hes been in the FB category in previous seasons on here

And 260k is a bit steep for a player who hasnt played all season

Its not done on preferred positions though, I discussed it with a few other Mods and we decided on Wing as its most likely where he's going to be playing and has previously played.

P.S I know his contract is several years I was mearly suggesting thats where (Wing) we suspect he's going to be playing the majority of the time.

Altho hes won grand finals as a centre and FB. I know what your saying but he is a FB who cam play on the wing. If wot ur saying is right shouldnt Amos Roberts be moved to FB category then seeing as he plays there as cover !!!!!!!!

He's on the wing for this season. At the end of each year we move players who have made a different position their own and that's pretty much it really.

The positions are done at the start of the season on where they'll be playing... i.e Roberts - Wing ... and they're left that way regardless of where they play during the season...

Lee Smith is coming in now and where will he be playing? I really doubt they'll be dropping Brent Webb, Keith Senior or Brett Delaney so his visable position is Wing.

Yes hes playing on the wing now but he wont stay there, wouldnt be surprised to see him at centre or FB during the season tho

It's simple - he'll play possibly in 3 positions, we can only pick him in one of them and have done so. He'll stay in that position until the end of this years comp
