| It was simple ... get in to the Championship before now.
Based on previous projections (I won't use the word promises as I got pulled up on that once before), Doncaster RLFC should be close to Super League by now so the Championship should have been a given.

| That's fair comment from Wanderer. If previous objectives had been met the Dons would be in a better place than we are presently. I'm sure we all feel some sense of frustration that the Five Year Plan never came to fruition.
IMG need to come up with answers soon as uncertainty is no good for any business.
The lack of fixtures in League One is a major problem. Asking teams to survive on the income from nine home games - should central funding end - will no doubt see the end of the division.
Should Sky money drop, who knows what the future for rugby league would be in general?
The only good thing to have happened in recent times is Channel Four's live coverage of Super League matches but that coverage needs to be more frequent for it to make a significant difference in raising the profile of the game.

| C4's coverage of SL games has been quite an attractive / refreshing addition but as you say, not enough games are shown and in fact NONE are currently scheduled.

| Too many people associated with club doncaster are in their comfy slippers sipping their brandys having jolly ups with company directors instead of showing the passion and desire needed on the pitch! It's a old gentleman's club and nobody wants to break the cycle
