Basically Goulding had a concern that Hewer is from Whitehaven.
Because all refs are home based cheats ... lol.
He was asking the lino about Dan Toll's
sin binning and was disappointed that the lino took exception.

He was asking for that long that the kicker was told he couldn't take the conversion as the referee had to go back down field to deal with the situation.   |

Quote 2.6 GRADING & DESCRIPTION OF OFFENCES
All offences are graded in six grades A – F where Grade A is the lowest level of offence and Grade F the most serious.
The commonest offences are listed in the sentencing guidelines with a description to assist all those concerned in referring to incidents in a standardised manner. It is accepted that there will be incidents not covered by the guideline descriptions and each sub section of the laws includes Other Offences which can be graded from A to F.

A scheduled hearing to consider a charge brought against Barrow Raiders player-coach Bobbie Goulding from a Championship fixture against Doncaster at Craven Park on Sunday June 8 was adjourned and will now take place on Wednesday June 18.
Goulding is charged with the Grade E offence of disputing the decision of a match official using aggressive language and aggressive body language, and questioning the integrity of a match official in the 79th minute of the match.
I reckon their going (and should) throw the book at him with
