| I can't praise this guy enough at the moment. There has been times in the last few years when he has taken some stick on here, and in the stands, but through out that time he has been improving and learning and turning into the best coach in this division, made official at the Championship Awards and confirmed, if there was any doubt over the last few weeks.
The most remarkable thing for me is that, over the space of a week, between the defeat to Barrow and the loss of Paul Cooke, to the Workington game he pretty much rewrote our whole game plan from one of attacking flowing rugby to one of graft, tackling and wearing teams down. This is not easy to do, particularly so late in a year over the course of the play offs.
Well done Tony and all his coaching staff

| Yes, I was disappointed when he was set on but he has proved me massively wrong. Changing team tactics to defeat the 2nd and 3rd best sides in C1 within a week of each other was a remarkable achievement. Let's hope other clubs haven't noticed - we want to keep him.

| He has worked really hard over the past three years building a good team under tight financial restraints. So well done Tony, i hope you enjoy your success.
On the same note let's not forget that when the tough times come, next season, as they surely will, it's still the same guy out there who has worked so hard and done well for us. So let's not get on his back and start calling him if things go wrong.

I think that's spot on, next season is likely to be a difficult season , stronger teams and time to adjust etc. Keep out of relegation places , job done imo .
