Hopefully the extra time between now and season's end will aid in recruitment and retention as we know what league we will be playing in now. Should help with getting the better players/building a better squad etc.

As has been said elsewhere on here very happy with promotion. Top marks to the players and of course TM and the rest of the backroom staff who managed to bring them in on a very small budget. Some of the signings were masterful and its very pleasing to watch how players have been noticeably improving throughout the season.

Your right there Adam, the improvement has been great,and the most pleasing thing is they've grown as a team, they seem to get on very well and bring that to the field of play.

A fantastic season all round. Here are some highlights:

Crowds growing,
massively improved profile and PR machine,
pulling off an incredible signing,
a side which has improved week on week,
almost every club points scoring record broken,
and all achieved with the tightest budget in the division.

Massive credit to all at the club, but especially John, Carl and Tony.


Last week the atmosphere at the Workington game was incredible. The best I have ever experienced at a Dons game there.
