We needed our head looking at to agree to accommodate the Rovers with the pitch renewal.........crazy....was this part of our reduced rent arrangement?.....and now the further delay is costing us money....will there be compensation?

It's a Community stadium and the American football paid their money! The stadium management took the chance. (I don't think it would be cost effective to allow it again) hopefully it's a lesson they will remember.

Rovers, please dont be put off by the rantings of one ungrateful idiot. I, and many others appreciate your club accomodating us and the gesture of giving up part of your gate money a couple of weeks ago to try to alleviate our crisis.

I think this post actually refers to one of your fans (a big guy) who embarrassed your fans at our last home game by making threats to some of our fans and wanting to start a rumble.

I think it was the International Under 19's football that delayed the pitch work, last game was 29 May

Right on the nail fev fan and to answer any other less than called for comments on here I was not dissing Fev's generous offer , just peed off again that the deepthroat experience goes from bad to worse.

just a mention about the work at the Keapmoat. as far as i no the pitch was damaged last year when there was american football played on it in a downpour. as you now in that kind of sport there is a lot of squad members and they were stud down the side of the pitch as well as playing on it.
as for the work on the pitch. Andy and the guys have been patching the pitch up to keep the games on and at some point work was needed to be done and the summer is the best time to do it.
with me now working at Castle Park and my main job is groundsmen i keep in touch with Andy and pick is brains from time to time. and no what a big job he as got on. so lets not bag the guys. it was just work that was needed.
