| We were beaten by the better team on the day. Workington played to their stengths, exploited our weaknesses, and deserved to win.
We weren't at our best and looked somewhat clunky in attack. The cutting edge Jack Logan provided last week was missing today.
We panicked a little bit at times - it shows that it's not easy to cope with the pressures that games like this bring.
I'd just like to say thanks to all the players and everyone connected with the club for the work they've done this season. We've improved as the season has gone on and with the right additions to the squad we should have a good season to look forward too next year. Just sad that there's no more rugby until 2019.  |

Can I say first off well done Workington they deserved the win today, they outplayed us.
It wouldn't have affected the final score but today's match officials were absolutely diabolical. Clubs at every level need supporters to pay their money and come to games, but when you have performances from match officials as was on display today it puts the casual punter off attending.
Rant over, thanks to all who put on the shirt for us this year, we'll be there again next year with our hats, scarves and gloves in the cold supporting the team on again in 2019.
