According to the Star , Carr & Howden's injuries are not as serious as first thought , both likely to miss the cup game although Carr has a chance of being fit .

As we have no game on the 26th of March may be wise not to risk either !

He did but been playing 2nd row as we are short there . Plenty of props though , which 2 will be left out Jemmo ?

I know that Worrincy was lacking match fitness, but I thought he did well in the game he played.
For him now to disappear seems quite odd.

I've got to assume at least one of the props will be dropped and that Wright will have to be on the bench as our only option for 9/7.

I'd drop Muranka and Castle from that 19. And that isn't because I have been disappointed with Castle, it's just to play those who haven't as much so far

Oddly enough, regarding Muranka, after first being a bit anti, I reckon this guy, if he could actually believe in himself a bit more, could be a cracking strike player.
Why he doesn't score tries is a mystery.
He has dropped the ball a few times when he could and should have scored.
He looks the part ... what is holding him back?

Regarding Castle ... he plays like a battering ram ...
he needs to take a leaf out of Thackray's and Feka's repertoire ... he is a bit one dimensional.

i would play England in centres in talis place.

i'm sure we have other forwards who can drop into second row.

still no Hanson he's a second row another thats gone missing.
and he scored in the first game of season although i didn't see the match, so don't know how he performed generally.

Hanson can also play 13 and impressed me , not sure when he will be fit though.

I really don't understand what's happening with A J-B. When he was re-signed there were statements from the club that we had beaten Championship clubs to his signature and yet he is getting precious little game time. It seems very odd?

He's probably suffering from dizzy spells as a result of our coach's obsession with rotation.

OR .... we will find that he has secretly been injured for weeks.

With regard team selection we fans like to be amateur coaches BUT we do not know if players are turning up for training etc

When Jordie comes back he has to improve his attacking play he appears to be solid in defence . Obviously improve his tackling technique.

Without AJB in the squad, we seem to have no full-back option at all should Louis Sheriff pull up lame... unless Jack Miller would play there? But that leaves us short in the halves.
