I don't mind the Eagles playing at the Keepmoat as long as we don't start bending over backwards to accommodate them.
Otherwise I will have to watch the Dons away and they will unfortunately earn no money from that.
Rovers are pretty shiite and it's a shame we are governed by them .. they are going tits up.

I trust the club to make the correct decision on this.

We should have priority over Eagles on game day, this is our ground and the kick off times for us should not be changed. Eagles should get what times are free and 3pm when we are at home is not Eagles time.
But will wait for the official news.

I have every faith that the Dons players staff and supporters will come first whatever has been posted. The speculation at this time is just that, and like Carl Hall says "When there is a story we will let you know"" Good man.

Jemmo says it isn't. He says the club owners have a lease. So someone else must own it.

Without splitting hairs, We are part of club Doncaster which play at the Keepmoat along with the Belles and Rovers. Never seen anywhere which states Club Doncaster involves Eagles. So i would take that it is our club even if leased to Club Doncaster.
Please note: I have not really got an issue with Eagles playing at the Keepmoat as long as it does not interfere with our games.

The point I was making is that even the club owners don't hold the freehold. They just rent it.

Just because you're tenants at the Keepmoat doesn't mean the ground can't be rented to others.

Looking at the logistics for the Keepmoat Double-Headers is interesting:

The Dons games kick off at 2.00pm. This means they will end around 3.45.

The Sheffield games kick off at 4.15.

When will the gates be open for the second match? Will people be coming into the ground before the Dons match has finished?

Will Dons' fans be allowed to go to the bar after the game for a drink or will they have to leave the ground?

Will everyone be sat on the same side of the ground or will Sheffield fans and their opponents be located in the West stand?

It'll be interesting to see what plans the club has for managing this.

Apparently, you'll be paying your money for both games. I'm not sure that all the details have been worked out but that's what "double header" means to me.

Sorry griff ... historically Keepmoat Double-Headers for football and rugby have not worked like this. One ticket did NOT allow fans into the ground for the football match AND the rugby match. You had to buy tickets for both.

One ticket for both games may apply this time around but it isn't how it worked before.

As I understand it; it is going to be one match day price say (£15????) which gets you into one or both games.
