| Right, obviously you would have liked Leigh Centurions, we tried our best, but sorry couldn't oblige....though we nearly did, despite the score of 12-25.
So I guess Widnesian's would like Bradford to beat Wire tomorrow, and you get The Bulls in next round.
But if the Wolves win....who would you guy's prefer ?
I wouldn't have a clue who you might prefer, Cas are playing amazing rugby at the moment, whilst Leeds & Wire have 'star studded' sides, if you like.
Guess with my 'Widnes Hat' on, I'll go for your local rivals....would be one helluva semi.
Anyway, all the best. Only ever been to Wembley 4 times, and 3 of those watching the 'Chemics' !!!!

| As you say it would be great if Bradford could beat Warrington but i doubt it, the perfect final for me would be us vs Castleford, none of the usual suspects there and it would be great for both towns. Beating Wire in the semi on the way as well.

| Wouldn't really fancy us to topple Leeds but bring it on whoever we may play. We're the underdogs.

| As someone said the perfect final would be Cas/Widnes however to do that is a huge ask for both teams, maybe meeting in the semi would be better to guarantee that one of the two contenders for coach of the season get to lead their team out at Wembley (and hopefully go on and win)

| Yeah its the game we both wanted but not out of disrespect more about increased chance of Wembley. Don't mind where its played as long as its not Salford.

| How can Salford be considered with the dire situation when leaving the ground plus lack of public transport to get there! Would prefer hudds but think Leeds wire will get that.

Salford would be a terrible choice, rather go to the Haliwell Jones or L.S.V if it had to be over the border.

| LSV would be a decent shout, with 6000 from both clubs we would fill it.

| Headingly would be my choice. We'd have 7/8000 there I feel with the buzz around the club.
Alternatively. Langtree Park

| Surely it can't be Salford. Doesn't it only hold 12,000. Actually seeing what Cas brought to Wigan yesterday I think they could bring 5/6000 at least as would Widnes knowing the final is 80 minutes away. Plus capacity for neutral fans etc.
St Helen's, LSV or Haliwell Jones for me. If that fails Halifax wouldn't be a bad shout. Only other stadium would be Leeds but think it would be too big.

| There was only 8700 at Wigan - about 3000-ish from Cas
Unfortunately the challenge cup is not as well attended as it used to be, sky ruined it years ago in favour of the play off series, when in reality for most of us this is THE competition that fans want to win, with a day out at Wembley a far more realistic and attractive target than a wet evening in Manchester (although I'd happily take it)
How many fans were at the keep moat for the Cas v rhinos semi?
I hear what your saying, it might not be quite big enough for this tie, but I'd rather have a packed 11,000 stadium than a third full football stadium, the atmosphere and noise will be electric at Leigh with a full house.
I know we took 10,000 to headingley for the last play off final, so where are they all? Why haven't they been getting their backsides down the lane this year?
I suppose they'll all want to come back now we've reached a semi final??
If ours and Widnes' home attendances were higher, I'm sure they would have given us a bigger stadium to share.
Let's see how many of the people who are scared they might not get a semi ticket turn up on Friday night at Wigan, or at St. Helens, or better still at the next home game to Salford...
A tiger for life - not just for semis
Anyway - Leigh not actually confirmed yet?

| I think both clubs will take 6000 to the semi final, that in itself should see the LSV if it is selected full.
