It is not irrelevant. One of two reasons we failed to get in last time was the lack of a good youth set up. We now have that and it is as good if not better than many SL clubs. They will not fail us on that reason next time around.
However, I agree that the chq book will come out at some time. |

If O'Connor had 500k to put in as a bond for the RFL last time around then that's half the salary cap sorted already in one swift swoop never mind adding the extra gate and sponsor money!
As he's said we don't just want to be in SL we want to challenge hard for the tp honours!
