How much do rugby league players acctually get paid? I've heard a lot of talk lately about who teams are going to sign and how that will bring them up to the salery cap limit or that teams are well below the limit, but players wages are never acctually published so other than having a general idea going off major signings how do people know?

Super League players are on about an average of £22,000 per annum.
Championship players earn anything between £40,000 and £70,000 a year - simply because they play good 'onest rugby and the standard of entertainment is better. It's a myth that SL players get the bulk of BskyB's money.
