No..... I'm not going to stick the knife in... just like us they have a small but dedicated following who must be wondering what the future holds for them.
From what I have seen, the RFL must have seen the paperwork for the players concerned - surely they must have noticed?
Conspiracy theorists will use this to back up the claim that CC were a shoe - in no matter what the other franchises were like - maybe these deals were completed with haste, hence the cock up. Did nobody think that the UK border agency would notice? Did they expect them to turn a blind eye?
It is interesting to note that none of the teams that CC have taken points off have been particularly vocal about what has happened - not wanting to bite the hand that feeds maybe?
Sadly, this incident has given RL is widest press coverage for quite some time.Pity its not for a good reason.
