I'm hoping that this appointment will bring back some positivity to the club that's been lacking for the last few years and season tickets holders who have had enough will renew for next season.
I'm not 100% sure he's the right man for the job but he's got the best track record of any coach we've had for years so at least it gives us some hope!

It's extremely odd. On the other hand it is basically FC Pravda, so maybe it's part of the job description.
Now it has happened, I realise I am unfussed. He's just not that much of a divisive figure or polarising figure. Decent coach and with some players back from injury, you'll probably improve next year. |

Exactly I'd rather take words of Morley who has played the game at the highest level both here and in Oz and played under Smith.
All I can say is welcome aboard Mr Smith, good luck and I hope you are the one that can at last sort out the issues within the club and re galvanise us all. |

Tony Smith certainly did a great job at Warrington and in reality we should have landed at least a couple of GF wins during his tenure.
