Don't think I need to read 25 pages to know what a first prize set of w2nkers the Allams are.

Have read all of it, and on the face of it the SMC are in some serious trouble. It's another examplw of the Allams "giving back to the community" eh?!?!?

Think its time that HCC took the SMC away from either of the clubs (particularly one involving the Allams) and have it run professionally by an independent and competent company that specialise is Stadia Management or set up a company with someone in charge with Stadia Management Experience and run it with the aim of it being self financing.

It was always a mistake by HCC to give the running on the KC/KCOM to either of the clubs.

Shamallam offered it back to the council but has loaded it with debt. He's made it impossible for anyone to take over, simply because of that debt. How can anyone run the Stadium, self financing?

Thats my point though it was not an issue previously until the Allams take all revenue from it and them claim it runs at a loss whioch it never did until they took control.

The council should have had a controlling part in the running of it from the off not handed that over lock stock and barrel.

In the early years the council even got a bit of rebate back as the SMC made a profit but from the outset they didn't want anything to do with running the stadium as they would have been liable for funding repairs etc... and with all the new pitches that have been laid recently and the fancy new floodlights it would have cost them loads lol

Unbelievable. I can see more debt for the SMC where they have to pay themselves out of this mess.

If found guilty, could the directors of the SMC face being expelled from being directors of companies?

Let's hope the council sees a copy of the claim, is this how they expect the SMC to manage their stadium?

I thought the SMC and Hull City just happen to be owned by the same people, and the SMC could (should) be owned by anyone.
