Tough as teak Led from the front. Never took a step back. Always head hunted by the opposition. Used to get hit around the head, stagger to the dugout and get it bandaged then turn round and head straight back out there. Great memories

He was a complete nutcase but good value to watch

Regan came over with David Brooks and the late Scott Gale for the 1987/8 season. Gale go an injury early in that season and was sent home. He then got the call to return when Hull made it to the semi final of the cup. I recall Regan, Brooks and John Carroll tackled their hearts out in the 0-0 game at headlingley against Halifax.

Regan was certainly a wild card.

hard lad that's for sure, if I remember right we had divorty lined up for a drop goal in the last few min and it didn't go to him,

Great player, real cult hero. Hard as nails but much more then that as well. Would take his sort of player every time over most.

Loved watching him and David Brooks as well. Regan was a complete nutter but a very decent forward at that.

Very honest player was Terry,gave his all on the field.Remember he used to like a drink or two in Hull supporters club with Dennis Warvill.Wondered what had happened to him after all these years,nice to see he's still well.Certainly earned a lot of respect from the Hull fans during his spell at the club.

Dennis was my Uncle who sadly died 10 years ago. He certainly liked a drink and was big pals with Terry. His brother is my Uncle Lawrie was also an FC fan. Don't know whether it was a family myth or not but at a tv game sometime in the 70's he ran on the pitch and cuffed the ref. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour......unless of course it was Lindop

Late seventies, a fan was arrested for punching a ref as players and officials approached the tunnel at the end of the game. Memory doesn't go far enough to say who FC played that day.

Great character on and off the field . Kept Hull supporters club in business while he was here !!

If memory serves me right the ref was Stan Wall and the game was a home semi final in 1978 against St Helens in the Floodlit Trophy. Wall was a ref from Leigh, which is coincidentally near St Helens. I think he certainly robbed Hull that night. The lad who hit Stan Wall got 6 months in prison for it.
