On the face of it looks an unprofessional setup, but top of SL and in CC Semi, so it's working no matter what anyone else thinks.

| An 'unprofessional set up'? What do you want them all to be doing? Sat around in suits not talking to each other? Just looks like mates having a laugh with each other, a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Looks like good team spirit to me, how the hell can that video come across as unprofessional.
I think a serial moaning poster who has been banned in the past has made another comeback.

I enjoyed it. The fact it showed good team spirit and was shared with the fans can only be a good thing. Also enjoyed clips of Old Faithful in the dressing room, all small contributors to fan engagement. Speaking of which, looking forward to this:
www.hullfc.com/news/2016-06-17-t ... derby-week
The build up to #TheDerby will get underway on Saturday 9th July when the club host their annual Members Fun Day, including a BBQ and live rugby matches to watch!
The event, which is being organised with the support of the Hull FC Vice Presidents Association, will take place at Hull YPI between 11am and 2pm, with a number of fixtures planned for the day, as well as a host of games and activities for supporters to get involved with.
The City of Hull U19s will then take centre stage at 2pm on the main pitch when they host Newcastle Thunder, whilst the spirit of the derby will be in full swing as East Hull meet West Hull in a junior rugby league match beforehand.
It’s also hoped we can also an additional U23s friendly game to this bumper line-up, subject to finding suitable opposition.
Head coach Lee Radford and the full squad will also be in attendance to meet fans, have pictures and sign autographs.
The event is FREE for all 2016 club members and to help continue to deliver opportunities for new and young supporters, anyone who has a family ticket to #TheDerby can also attend free of charge.
Other fans who want to attend to watch the U19s game can also access the event from 12:30pm onwards, with tickets charged at £5 per person.
A BBQ will also be available for fans as well as other food, drink and a cash bar courtesy of our friends at Hull YPI, plus an ice cream van.
Activities to enjoy on the day will include bouncy castles, kicking and passing games, face painting, ‘Boot It with Beerhouse’, FC Sumo Suits, The TryLine Tussle and a host of smaller games.
Our Hull FC Foundation coaches and Feka Paleaaesina will be hosting some skills drills sessions, as well as the chance to play on an XBOX and Playstation in our GAMEZone.
Young fans will also be able to get their hands on free match programmes, TRY Cards and team posters to get signed by the players, as well as FREE toys courtesy of Toys “R” Us and our special guests Airlie Bird, Girlie Bird and Geoffrey the Giraffe.
Some special prizes will also be up for grabs on our prize draw raffle.
Parking will be available on site for a minimum donation of £2 with the money going towards the cost of the event and the Hull FC Vice Presidents Association, who help fund club initiatives and projects.
Recently, the Hull FC Vice Presidents have supported young players at the club and helped purchase new training equipment.
In 2016, they also sponsor star signings Frank Pritchard and Carlos Tuimavave.
Hull FC’s Marketing and Communications Director, James Clark, said: “It’s another fantastic opportunity for the players to mix with the fans and a chance for us to give a bit back to our members.
“We’ll hopefully have a couple of games for fans to enjoy too and plenty of activities for members, young and old, to get involved with.
“I’d like to thank the Hull FC Vice Presidents Association for their support of the event, as well as their group members, our FC Team volunteers and club staff who will be giving up their time to help on the day.”
He added, “Of course, we extend that thanks to Lee and his team who will be taking time out after the Leeds game the night before to join us, despite the short turnaround and busy preparations in the build-up to the big derby game.
“It’s a great event to kick-off derby week in style!”

| the team spirit looks great - shades of Wimbledon's crazy gang, and it didn't do them any harm when it came to winning at Wembley.
looks a damn sight more like proper team spirit rather than some of the contrived efforts you see from other sports teams

On the face of it it looks like an open, friendly, down to earth environment being shown as a behind the scenes impromptu video by a player. Whilst I'm an advocate of doing things professionally, how you dress and how you look as an individual really should have no bearing on how you do your job. people whom are happy and able to effectively do the tasks/role you set them are really all you want as an employer.
And, it's a gym, it's summer time so warm and I would guess that being in t-shirt and shorts is more appropriate wear than a shirt and tie right?
As for the breakfast, a protein based breakfast has being scientifically shown to be more effective than fruit based with natural yoghurt and indeed also one that is wholewheat/slow release carb based in terms of physical effort and how long you feel full for afterwards.
The coconut oil claim as being beneficial is a load of bs as are 'super foods' which again are scientifically proven to not increase levels of the good stuff in the body despite having more of it within them in their natural state as the stomach breaks it down and by the time it gets to the intestine it's exactly the same as non 'super foods'.

Coconut oil is far from B'S . Best food stuff I have discovered. Filled with Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) – which are fatty acids that go straight to the liver and are a readily available source of prolonged energy.
Try a teaspoon in your coffee in a morning. You'll feel benefits ah tell thee.
Check out how many sports teams and people use it

And also has long chain fatty acids which are bad for you, nationalities that consume higher levels of coconut oil are more obese/have heart problems than nations that don't. Also there is evidence that it is detrimental to long term mental health issues such as Alzhiemers/Dementia.
I go by science not anecdata, basically it's snake oil, YMMV

Eh. The science is the exact opposite. It's been used in trials with good results in Alzhiemers. Also been proven to help weight lose. Which I can attest to personally. There's an island were the inhabitants get 60%of all calories from coconuts. 0 none nil incidents of heart disease.

Anecdotal and not scientific. Some people swear blind empty sugar pills cured their cancer, it doesn't make it so.

If this is true, which I'd guess as not. It's called correlation, it does not equal causation.
Don't worry tho, there's many BS health fads out there, even sports teams get duped into some of them too.

Not really a fad when it's been used for hundreds of years. Sports teams etc always could but to be fair info is available from many places much easier these days and can be scientifically measured and quantified. When big sports teams all start going down the same route with their own doctors nutritionists all independent of each other go down same route it makes you wonder eh.
I spent winter chasing goals at gym. Hit 113kg. Dropped carbs but upped fats. Particularly coco oil. Now 105kg. Not done cardio work yet. 8 Kg dropped with a similar overall calorie intake. Carbs are gone which would explain a lot. But fats are well up to counter. Fats mostly being coconut oil. Been using coconut oil for several years now and I know the diff between something that works and something that doesnt
