seeing as your in the mix for both im interested to know which one you would prefer to win the challenge cup or the grand final

I will take a narrow Grand Final defeat (as I will be at work in Saudi on Grand Final night). I will also take a narrow Challenge Cup semi-final defeat (as I am in Mexico on holiday for cup final day)

If we were going to win one, which I know is pretty unlikely, I'd like to win the cup. However, I've seen us win the Premiership and the cup already, so to win the SL title would be amazing.

League title any day however would be nice to end the Wembley hoodoo

Wembley. I've waited 40 years for that day. GF can wait.

Grand Final for me. I'm sure the Rovers fans will pipe down with the Wembley taunts when we're champions! I want that badge on my arm!

Grand Final - win this and the your the best team in the UK

To be fair, they are both 8 horse races at the moment, one of which we have a slight advantage in (for the GF) this other is on an even keel.

Winning either would be great for different reasons. I actually think winning the CC would take the pressure off for the GF and we would probably go on and win that as well. Thats not arrogance, I feel it will take a massive effort to get passed Catalan in the 1/4 final.

Which ever gives A Pearson most reward, as I think he very much deserves it.

Having seen them draw once and lose 5 times at Wembley but seen 2 wins in 3 successive Grand Finals, guess which one I would prefer?

I think the GF is harder to win & more prestigious, and I imagine fans of most other clubs would say the GF too, but due to our history of cup finals going back decades, that's the one I'd be happier to win at this moment in time. Once that's out of the way, GF every time.

Challenge Cup for me for complete personal reasons as the night of the grand final I'm flying home from the Caribbean so I will not be able go or even watch it live.

The joys of years of hurt as an FC supporter didn't even consider when grand final was when I booked the holiday a year ago.

1956-58 we reached three successive Grand Finals, winning two of them.

In the 50's and early 60's we had 3 Yorkshire Cup Finals, followed by 3 Championship Finals (now called Grand Finals), followed by 2 Wembley Finals. That was some team we had then. Lets hope our present squad can do something similar. I was present at all those finals and would love to experience it again. Its been a long time since Cardiff.

finishing top means you are the best team in the league,gf is just a gimmick to appease sky.as for Wembley,its not where u win it,its if you win it and how many times u win it that counts.

Grand Final for me.
Would love us to be known as 'The Champions' next year instead of one of the usual suspects. Plus the chance of been named 'World Champions' by playing the best team in the NRL would be incredible.

CC at Wembley would be nice just to shut that mob up once and for all.

Otherwise league, although we're doing the double anyway.

It's hardly a gimmick to appease Sky. Winning the Championship via grand Final is actually our more traditional method of declaring Champions.

Out of 109 League Champions, 70 have been decided by Grand Final.

When a lot of people started watching in the late 70's/80's it was decided by who finished top, which I imagine is why many people se the GF as a gimmick or not traditional.

Either. Would just be nice to win something but if I had to choose I would go league. More kudos with that nowadays, but it's a close decision. I don't really rate the lls as a major honour, and the job isn't finished then either

Would still be happy to win the league leaders shield though, as long as we won something else as well
