Excellent news! In one sense, I hope we see them break into the first team soon, but in another I hope our first team stay fit and they're not called upon any time soon!

As someone has said on Twitter, why would any young player choose to leave Hull at the moment, unless motivated by money.

Indeed, particularly as he plays a position we don't have a massive amount of options in, and Pryce is likely to leave.

Or testing himself at the next level I know the family really well, & he wants to play the game he loves at a testing level. Can't blame him.

We wil have 3/4 options in front of him next season.

Still not as bad for places as say the 2nd row, where even the older established names aren't guaranteed a game.

JP has a five year plan Dave! He's taking young players from other clubs as hudge never kept to his words as they entered SL.

He might have, but there isn't way Hudge will think long term, he is too short term and will still want his big named overseas players.

Great news , It would be good to hear some news on HTW now .

Id be shocked if HTW didn't sign up again, all his family are or have been involved with Hull, unless he gets a deal in Aus.

Great news on signing this young talent. Think it's good that the club have a wage structure and will now stick to it.
Can only help build the right culture at the club when players can see a fair and equitable pay scale .
If we have to lose some along the way, so be it. There's a bigger picture to be seen.
The Dobbins don't have a good track record in developing young players, and a worse one in keeping them, so onwards and upwards.

Known for their injuries and being desperate though

could work out for Dean, may not, could be at keighley in 2 or 3 years going by rovers policy of youth

Or if it does work out, could be at Wigan or Warrington.
Either way, Rovers aren't great on either retention or development.
