We played ok, to say we went 3 tries down, & then to 12 men, players was bad today, are they to go as we'll? We have to stick together, we had 2 poor wingers on show with 2 average HBs but are we going to keep knocking them all? Forever? We was beat by a better team on the day.

Yes, some do need to go aswell as the coach. It's ok saying we battled back from 18-0 but you need to look at why we were in that position in the 1st place instead of insulting other posters.

This squad was good enough to finish 6th last year. We won't get anywhere near that this year. Radford has taken an average team and turned it into a crap one. However much you love him, he's way, way out of his depth. He must go.

He signed colborn as he is cover for wing, well into the season, the decent players were signed for this year when PG was in charge is that lennys fault? The same with JR, as he took over PG it was October.. At this current time players for next season are been signed for clubs, radders will get his players for next year. Then ( fans) can call for his head if we fail.

Peter Gentle inherited Agars signings in his first season.He managed a 6th place finish and play off win.Do you really think your mate is going to emulate that?

Since we signed Colnon Rovers and Wakey have signed Gardener and Riley, both are miles better than Colbon.

Particularly the motivation. Radford was going to unite the players and get them all pulling in the same direction. They look like they've never met, half the time.

I'll add to it. Now -7 in terms of points in comparative fixtures to last season.

People don't mind the losing it is the manner.
We were never really in this game even with 13 men all we did was flatter to deceive.
There is no style or structure to our play. We either drive it up or pass from one side to the other with no dummy runners no 2nd receivers. Last time we were this poor and this debate caused such a rift between our fans was under Agar and that's currently what we look like, his team again.
I wanted Radford to be a success but it has just not happened. There is no improvement in play, no team development for the better on offer.
Sometimes a coach has to work with what he's got but he can't seem to get that extra out of them or get them to buy into his ethos whatever that is.
He has to maybe swallow his pride accept for now he's out of his depth and further develop himself as a coach either as an assistant or in the lower leagues as Cooke is doing.
I do want a change of coach I'm bored and fed up of what is being served up on the field and am becoming worryingly desensitized to it all where I'm questioning renewing my pass for next season and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
