That's a farcical decision in today's climate.

What a joke the RFL and its Disciplinary has proved once again. Whilst I admit Grix was like a granny swinging a handbag he should have seen at the very least a yellow and a 1 game ban. What is even more laughable is the RFL gave him credit for his admission of guilt

WTF what else was he going to plead when he was clearly seen on the TV throwing punches? They also admit that he landed a punch on his opponent and still no ban. So basically in their summation of the hearing as long as you are provoked you can start swinging!!!! The precedent has once again been set.

Reads like its Gareth Ellis's fault.Suprised Ellis didnt get a 2 game ban.

Need to use the sin bin more, if he had been sinbinned we would have benefited and nothing more would have been said about the matter.

I'd like to see the ref get away with a £300 fine for a guilty plea of incompetence for sin binning Whiting too!

poor Huddersfield got a questionable decision week previous therefore we need to cut them some slack.

Seriously tho, it's a joke, we had poore banned for punching yet the amount of unpunished punching that goes on is ridiculous. It either is a banning offence or not surely there can't be different grades of punching. The grid one was totally reckless and caused a fight. Minimum one match.

No suprise to them not banning no one as it is the Easter period & teams need all the squad they have available..if clubs had key players banned it would just make coaches/chairmen moan at the rfl..saying we've 4 games in a fortnight with no players! Sneaky rfl! When it suites!

Sort of like a deterrent sort of effect then. There's a thought.
