However he will be on big wages and we have Houghton signed long term and Cunningham coming through, who hopefully after a year playing SL will be ready next year.

So do we offer Heremia a new deal, personally I would give him a one year contract (maybe on lower terms) and look to slowly integrate Cunningham into the side.

Cunningham stats from his first two games at London looked pretty good considering they have been well beaten in both games.

I'm totally guessing but i'd of thought Heremia would'nt be on a, relatively, big wage. I would offer 2 years on same terms. I massively rate this guy. What a heart as welll as ability!

He played in a NRL grand final the season before he joined FC so I can't see him being on peanuts. I think he is currently under utilised and if the plan is for him to continue to play 30 mins a game I see it as a big chunk of the cap for minutes played. Undecided.

Get him signed up. Been a cracking player for us and I hope he stays. I know it's only been two games but I think he's been better than Houghton so far this term.

Only ever seen him in tv games and against us but he seems to be your far better option at 9, adds pace and go forward to your attacck and if you let him go he'll be snapped up very quickly by someone else.

2 yr deal for me and would look for another hooker as Cunningham doesn't do it for me and I wouldn't be upset if Houghton went.

Houghtons defence is 2nd to none at the club but Heremia brings something completely different in attack and we look a lot more dangerous going forward with him on.

I we look after him and he looks after himself we can get far more than just 1 more year out of him. For me so far he is the best player on our books presently. Changes the game as soon as he comes on. Direct fast and intelligent. Why on earth we would a) be debating keeping him b) stating he can stay but on reduced terms is beyond me.

Pretty hard to judge Cunningham after only one SL game for the club.

I think he has all the raw talent and stood out massively in most games I saw at under 19's, needs to SL games and is getting that at london and looks like he is impressing.

Would love to see him stay on for couple more years, Adds slightly more dynamism than Houghton and that's why they work well together as a paring, they create different problems.

His passion for the club is great too, he seemed genuinely upset at the Saints game when he came over to applaud the fans.

In a nutshell. Houghton slows us down dreadfully with his dummy-half play. We need to pick that pace up. You definitely notice when Azza is on.
Houghton clearly picked up Swains defensive steel, just need his acting half play to be smarter.

Now we've got a few options in the halves hopefully there won't be as much reliance on him to play there and can stay in the hooker position. Great player.

Just joined the chat, be gentle!!! Would love Heremaia to stay at the club for at least a further year. He also works hard with the academy lads, i'm led to believe, and he mentions young Alex Shepherdson as a real prospect in the hooking role. Heremaia brings an injection of pace and direction every time he gets on the park, and compliments Houghton's defensive start to the game.
