Well Wilf, if supporting Hull FC, what ever they throw at us make's us Fools, then we have to be fools together along with a lot of other fools, but its a great family to be a fool in.

Once again Wilf thanks for taking the time to write this week's diary (as always). Even though I'm not 100% certain about Lee Radford's appointment, I probably wouldn't be 100% about anyone else either. It really is a shame to lose Peter Gentle, but as we've all known, Adam Pearson doesn't muck about.
I'm hoping that the players who caused his demise will take a serious look at themselves and have a moment before they go to sleep, just thinking how they lost a top bloke his job and feel just that little bit guilty.
Just a query I have, what was Whiting's injury and how is he now (I've got a conspiracy theory in my head that won't go away), oh and who booked the Blackpool do and when was it booked?
Roll on next season and let's hope Radford can and will kick when needed to. Good luck to PG and I hope he finds something quickly.

Well supporting Hull FC is never boring is it? I was in the same mind as you Wilf, sorry to see PG go, and a bit in two minds about Radders taking over. But when it comes down to it I'm a Hull FC fan, I love the club, and have got my pass for next season. It's what we do innit?

Thanks for making some sense out of the goings on over the last week. Like you I wasn't greatly enamoured with our choice of coach, but as you say Adam pays the bills so he can do things like this. I haven't renewed my pass yet, as I waited to see what was going to happen but having heard what Radders had to say, I'll be parting with my money as usual.
Great read as ever Wilf and lets hope we're not having similar conversations in the next 12/18 months.

just started reading the dentists diary this season but would like to say its fantastic and probaly like therapy for this long suffering hull fan.although i work with and see alot of hull fans theres not that many who can relate to moments like gary nolans semi final match winner.stood in threepenny and seeing that was my greatest moment as a f.c at the time.knowing we was going to a major final.i thought i'd never experiance a feeling like it again until the 2nd hand of god appearing from 3 widness defenders appeared to plant the ball down and send a packed STANDING stretford end mental.memorys,u f@#king beuty
