I can't believe what I am hearing about Hull FC are putting Lee Radford in charge along with Paul Cooke they didn't get on at East Hull ARLFC Radford took him down their to assist him to coach the backs, I believe Radders sacked him after a few weeks because he was useless, now Hull FC are putting them back together to coach proffesional's, Peter Gentle must be rubbing his hands . Adam Pearson should have stuck with soccer he is making a real pigs ear of Rugby league.
Lee Radford was a good amateur coach but his pet lip comes out when things aren't going well, do not know how he will handle super league. Only hope it works out for him and the black and whites but I wouldn't put a bet on it

I'm not saying he's the right person for the job but if Paul Cooke wasn't good enough for East Hull why would he be offered the head coaches job at Doncaster?

I cant answer that I am only stating what I know East Hull is the only coaching Paul Cooke has done he is yet to be found out with another club. Apart from that he has never stuck with anything, always seems to move on from club to club for some reason or another.

I'm all for appointing people who have an affinity to the club - but only if they are the best people for the job. If not, then advertise the role, there will be plenty of people who want it but its about getting a high calibre individual, not somebody who was born at HRI

Just hope we get clarification from AP over the next couple of days, I'm hoping that some of the rumours are chinese whispers. One things for sure season passes will not be selling very well at the moment so expect a statement from AP sooner rather than later.

This is got to be a ridiculous rummour set up by a KR supporter.

2 teams are to be relegated next year so we need to be very careful.

If it is true is a cheap option like our recruitment.

The above is the single most reason for Radford, Last & Cooke to be our coaching set up next season.

It would be a brave or stupid gamble at the best of times with no relegation but with relegation coming back in next season it would be a a massive gamble and one that is unlikely to pay off if it got to the point when the pressure was on. Its hard enough for an experienced coach at this level to succeed let alone one that is inexperienced at this level and with a team that has shown in games that matter at times it collapses.

I can only hope these are unfounded rumours.
