Still the best full back I've seen play for FC, you got nothing less than 100% from him, I remember a really poor game against London that we lost by a small margin and Shaun was the only player who looked a threat for us and didn't give up. Never afraid of a collision which is what you need from your last line of defence, very sad when he went to rovers though always hoped he'd do well (except against us)

I first went to an FC game in 2000, cup 1/4 final v Wigan if I recall, and saw them on the odd occasion up to 2003 (still a big football fan a the time)

2004 was when I first got a season ticket and is really the earliest I can recall fairly well how we were as a team (hence my signature) and that was the year he was in the dream team, scored 4 tries at Bradford and was great viewing.

so I would have seen Prescott but I don't recall much in the way of FC pre 2004

Great player, even greater bloke. I still recall him pushing his brother round the City centre on the Jane Thomlinson 10K in 2010.
