One good moment yesterday was seeing Adam Pearson standing arm in arm with the rest of the team during the national anthem.

For all his support and investment in the team, Adam deserved the chance to lead the team out and show how much Hull FC means to him.



Hopefully, our response from yesterday's game is that we never want to feel like that again. I'm sure and hope all associated with the club, players, officials and fans repsond positively and use yesterday as a springboard for the future.

One bad performance does not make us a bad team. 12 Super league teams failed to get to Wembley and so far this season, we have taken points off every team (except Wigan). Therefore, we don't need to beat ourselves up.

Adam has got us on the right track. Just as one bad performance doesn't make us a bad team overnight, neither will we become a great team overnight too. Wembley may not have gone our way, but at least the financial windfall that a Wembley appearance brings, will help the continued development of the club.

We've made the Play Offs and we got to Wembley. I'm sure we'd all have taken that at the start of the season. Hopefully, the Play Off positions will improve each season and more finals will turn into trophies. I'm sure that is what Adam is planning and I'm fully behind him.

Possible one of the worst post I have ever read. Kath didn't win us the cup kear and the players did.

Kath and the board under invested on and off the field setting the club back years, keeping agar as coach and no investment in the youth system has made in so hard for Pearson and gentle to improve us, the fact he players still trained at Gordon street gym says it all.

Luckily for us we have Pearson who saved us from going the same way as Bradford and is getting us moving in the right direction.

There are no 'star ' Australian half backs available so gone are the days when any team can buy success.

It will be interesting to see the Good Dr Koukash's day on September 5th with his new signings et all but I'd be way surprised if Salford pull up trees next year unless they can unearth the next great British half backs.

I don't think there are quick fixes any more so your best hope is AP as ours has been Ken Davy and hope he has the resources and desire to be in it for the 'long haul.'

This the same Kath who sold us to AP a bit cheaper so he could pay off a massive debt owed to customs due to the image right tax? that was popular at the time.....the same Kath who never spent on facilities or the youth developement (even though we won the u-21s GF 2 out of 3)...the same Kath who kept arguably the worst coach we have had,who had a worse winning % than the 2 previous ones she sacked...the same Kath who had 2 CEO's who didnt have a clue...1 cost us Cooke and the other ended up being banned for covering up the drugs fiasco.

I like his positive attitude and the man is no fool - he saw the same game that we did and will not be satisfied with a performance like that.

He consistently says he will invest until we are successful, and that will do for me !

adam pearson our best owner in years was woefully let down by players and coaches on saturday. during the second half injury the faithfull sang for 7 ninutes solid to rally the team it was awesome,(we played our part) they (the team with collective responsibility) thanked us by spilling ball on first tackle .

I for one have the upmost respect for the present regime, we will get it right I am certain of that.
Even in the days of the Arthur Bunting side where we bought and bought, the club did not really achieve what we should have done in the way of trophies, remember the Featherstone final? I can also go back to the Wembley defeats by Wigan and Wakefield both by huge scores was there calls for the heads of the directors and coaches then, of course there was but we did not have the social media then to air our views.
So keep the faith, I have and many more like me who can go back that far.

Can you imagine how the conversations went "afternoon Mr xxxx, I am from Hull FC, we're in a major final in a couple of weeks and still in a shout of the playoffs, but we're looking for a new coach"

Yeah. Wouldn't be much incentive to move your family around the world knowing even if you make finals u could be binned!
