Watts has been poor most of the season and needed to be dropped anyway imo. Not sure what has happened to Bowden but I hope he gets another chance. At least he gives us some go forward and we will need plenty of that come Sunday. |

Agree with having whiting in the centres, won't let anyone down and will keep Atkins quiet. Arundel has potential but for this game I'd feel a lot better having whiting alongside lineham.

Betting he is wishing he rested a few players now!! un-believable!
If I was AP I would not be very happy at all that he has jeopordized a possible very lucrative trip to Wembley by not resting more players for what was a meaningless game! I really don't think people have any concept what the Catalan game will have taken out of the players both physically and mentally!

The consensus on here was that we should have played full strength, our performances in the league in the last month dictated that we couldnt do that. Gentle would have been criticised had we rested players and got beat |

Are you seriously suggesting the Bradford game was meaningless? 
It was rightly described as a "must win" game for our play off chances. We must aim to finish as high up the league as we can and not put all our eggs in the cup basket. If we lose on Sunday, all we will have left will be the league. It would be a disaster for this club not to make the play offs and getting to Wembley would not make up for that IMO. |
