Well he got visa last year so hopefully all go to plan this time

I've heard various thoughts regarding this. One being because of last years attempt it'll be fast tracked but with previous visa apps I'd take nothing for granted and he'll be here when he's here.

Re visa I'm confident this time - think Hull will have full backing of the RFL on this one or wouldn't be this far down the track.

Great news! Visa-wise we've had problems before but only with Crocker and Chase, both of which had convictions. AFAIK he doesn't

Good signing just hope he's given time to settle in & people don't expect to much of him from the off. On the visa I can't see ourselves & Wests announcing that he's signed if he wasn't all but certain to receive a visa.

Wests web site confirms that he's been released with immediate effect so I guess we are paying his salary from today. Still surprised that we have announced it before he actually has his Visa, maybe Wests forced the issue to free up their own cap space straight away.
