Be a good signing for them if true. He had his mockers in his first season but has shown what he can do when coaches have some faith in him. Will be sorry to see him go as he has been one of the few players that always gives %100.

Totally agree with the 100% effort and credit to him for that. Probably not good enough for a side with top ambitions though.

Way to skinny for me, made far to many silly errors and cost us at vital times. I'm not at all bothered because in my opinion he's just not good enough.

It's fair enough replacing him if he's a proven better player or a stand out youngster. I personally can't say I've seen a lot of Crookes to change my mind. I hope Crookes goes well for us, I'm just a fan of Sharp's enthusiasm and improvement this season.

Bit harsh. I think he has the potential to be better if he gets quality ball in space to his wing. Chase would put him away every week

His defence was awful last year
This season he was the target of high kicks which he always dealt with
and opposition would attack his side and was a better tackler and had more postition sense
Would put that all down to PG in the pre season
Notice how its the side with Crooks and Turner that we leak a lot of points now
Will Sharp would have been in that position and would have done better (not knocking Crooks)

Problem is, like others he will have been signed on a big deal as we had competition when we signed him fron hudds.

Crookes will be much better value for money.

If we were replacing him with someone who is clearly a better player, then I would think it was a good deal. I haven't seen a lot of Crookes to know if he is that better player. Hopefully he will be.
