Good luck , I've had two plumbers come to have a look at my shower and not even bother to follow up the job. The job was only to stop it from dripping !!.

It might be worth doing a search on google.
Mine is an Aqualisa shower. I looked it up on the pluming forums and found out the part I needed. Just needed a new cartridge, and I got one off eBay. Fitted it myself and good as new!!
