In professional RL that a team leading against a side with only 12 men managed to lose the game?

Well they were only down to 12 men for a short time, remember last season when we last for an hour with 12 men and even extended our lead. For 10 mins or so it's not difficult.

We beat Halifax in the first game at the KC with 11 men.

I know there's a good few examples of teams winning with 12 men but I'm thinking specifically of teams with a full compliment actually surrendering a lead to one that doesn't...

All I can say is get off Agar's back and be a proper supporter.

I'm just very disappointed for the players who put absolutely everything in to that game and deserved a minimum of a share of the points. Great support there today too well done to all.

Getting a player, especially a forward, dismissed tends to prevent the other lazy buggers in the pack bunching in the middle

Cheers, I dont remember that actually as I didn't get into rugby until about '97. If you're going back to '94 for an example though it suggests it can't happen too often.

For me the issue is not so much losing to 12 men, but the fact 12 men can create an overlap against 13 men. Suggests the sliding defence isn't were it should be.

Really ? from where i was sitting Hull got away with a huge amount of cheap shots, especially on Sam Tomkins and Kirk Yeaman got away with 2 or 3 clean punches to Joel Tomkins face before he got a shot back(both should of bin sin-binned)

It was a good hard game and Hull should of won it but Champion teams do find a way of winning most times.

I agree with that one, touch young sam and he gave them a penalty..ganson disgraceful today.
our lads deserved a spoil today no doubt. If we carry on playing like that we will definately win more than we will lose.
