Two years ago, having finally taken the decision to dismiss their very own (far more articulate) version of Rich Agar, the Warrington Wolves board made the inexplicable decision to effectively continue the inept regime by appointing the assistant Jimmy Lowes. Warrington promptly lost the opening three games of the 2009 season.

At last coming to their senses, the Warrington board replaced Lowes with an available Head Coach with a proven track record of achieving SL success. Lo and behold they went and won the Challenge Cup that year. And the year after that too. In one year less than Rich Agar has already been with us, Tony Smith has turned Warrington from serial underachievers to one of, if not [ithe[/i main challenger to Wigan in SL.

The definition of madness is supposed to be doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, thats exactly what Hull FC are doing with Agar and we are also refusing to learn lessons from history.

The board must act now.
