| Mr H to Mrs H “don’t forget to work to our business plan, average coach + average players = disappointment. The stupid, loyal fans of Hull FC expect disappointment after several years of it, and increasing ticket/season pass sales why should we let them down. Do not get it mixed up with my business plan, excellent coach + excellent players = success. Get that vibrant young coach signed up for an extra couple of years this should guarantee disappointment for the next couple of years, and hopeful meet our ongoing business plan ‘extra disappointment’, think of the revenue this will generate”
From a stupidly loyal FC fan

| I'm not sure its a conspiracy as such, but I do get the impression that HullFC is just a side-project, one that makes a good profit each year...but the focus is all on Leeds.

i agree, it is a fact that if all the right people were in all the right places ( excellent coach and a good squad with good business men running the club) we would be the biggest club in the country by miles, everything else is there with a great stadium and big fan base. i dont think 1 family should be allowed to run 2 clubs anyway.

Alot of the profit made out of hull fc is transferred and invested into leeds to make them more successful.

not what I or anyone is suggesting...so quite why you've written that I don't know.
as I've just posted on the Leeds board, why is that when Tony Smith left to take the England job, Leeds went out and signed New Zealands coach on good pay...yet when Mcrae Kear and Sharp left Hull all we get is a cheap assistant manager who's had little success or no experience of being a head coach? because we aren't a priority that's why. So long as we make a bit of profit and keep ticking over than that's fine for another season.

| I didnt think it was allowed due to a conflict of interest as they are married and the clubs will be maritial assets, its just like Leneghan at Wigan with Quins. Thing is Leneghan cant find anyone who wants the shares

| I can sympathise with Hull fans re the Agar contract extension but to suggest the Hetherington's treat Leeds any differently isn't altogether borne out by history.
Graham Murray came to Leeds subsidised by the SL war down under, Dean Lance was an assistant coach, Daryl Powell (given a three and a half year deal with less coaching experience that Richard Agar came with), Tony Smith had done little prior to Leeds and Brian McClennan (while a national coach) had no club coaching credentials in the NRL.
Peter Sharp was probably the highest profile appointment the Hetherington's have made.
