What a difference to last season. It all seemed very polished and professional.

Mind, didn't see the countdown clock until there was 7:30 left

Loved the video montage just before FC came out. Another great piece of work by the club

Top marks to the club for the improvements made to the prematch build up. Loved the player profiles on the big screen and video clips.
Was very polished and can only help to improve the whole match day experience for fans new and old.

got to agree the whole club on and off the field seems more proffessional and geared more towards the fans than in recent years

and how the Hudds team were all facing it for kick off - just so they can watch all those hits going it



Tonight just shows how far we've come as a club and the example we are showing to other teams.

Its just a shame that the away support was lacking.

i've just passed both taxi's taking the huddeersfield fans back lol, i thought the montage before the players came out was very good and it all adds tot he atmosphere, loved the big screen and another cracking solid performance

love the idea of the footage on the screen, deffo the replays of the trys. may miss a few this season with the bladder not coping with the beer!!!

Great performance in a tough uncompromising match. Quite simply we would have lost that game last year but this years forwards are made of sterner stuff.

Not a fan of the drinking in the seats, don't get me wrong I like a drink when I go to Rugby but tonight just seemed to spend most of the game having to let the same people past. Got very annoying.

Main reason I have ever had to stand up, and constantly is to let children past. Maybe we should ban them?

no-one goes to the bar all the time, it will simply help service at half time.

Superb pre match by the club programmes and screen etc followed by a very competitive game by 2 teams that will both finish top 6 me. A healthy crowd of 14500 and not an X Factor performer in sight. Happy Days

Great match day experience today. Build up was great. Programme a masive improvment, oh how that makes me smile. TV screen was great especially while we waited for the boys to enter the field. No problem around me with beer drinkers, in fact I hardly saw anyone drinking. Possibly too cold.

One thing that spoilt it was the group of inconsiderate top hats who were smoking in the toilets. A match is 100 mins with breaks. If you really can't go that long without a fag then you really need to get a life. I and my kids do not want to inhale your rubbish. Its illegal and its time the smc really did something about it.

On the whole though a fantastic night. Great traditional arm wrestle for a game. Poor ref but we can't have everything. Well done Hull FC.
