Reminds me of the Another Bloody Sunday Documentary which we were talking about on another thread.
Doncaster playing Fev at home in the middle of their losing streak. Featherstone coach drops their players off down the road instead of in the ground and the players walk down on their own.
Doncaster Chairman sees them walking and asks one of the players, "Are your lads walking down?"
"Aye", came the reply
"Will it tire em out?" said the chairman

When Bunt was coaching us, the team bus used to stop at Mayfield Cafe on the way to an away game. The players would have their brekkie and the team bus would drive away, so they had to walk over Boothferry Bridge and get on again at the other side. When Dick Tingle first joined them, he wondered WTF was happening when one slapped him on the back and shouted "your it".
